We have the status of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO C), which guarantees reliable customs services, and additionally, we provide our clients with continuous service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Customs services within the European Union:
- Declaration of goods for various customs procedures, e.g. export, release for free circulation, transit
- Reporting to the TRACES NT system of shipments requiring border sanitary inspections (CHED)
- Preparation of certificates of origin of goods, e.g. EUR.1
- Submission of applications for EORI, REX, etc. numbers on behalf of the Customer
- Issuing safety and security declarations (ENS) for vehicles entering the territory of the European Union from Great Britain with goods (including the territory of the Republic of Ireland and France)
- Reporting customs shipments to the Portbase system
- Advice on various customs issues
Brexit related customs services for both the UK and Ireland (The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland):
- Declaration of goods for various customs procedures, e.g. export, release for free circulation, transit to and from Great Britain and Northern Ireland (T1, T2)
- Pre-notification and reporting of animal origin and high-risk food shipments to the IPAFFS system
- Creating GMRs (UK) and PBNs (Republic of Ireland)
- Arranging food returns from the UK to the European Union
- Advising on current customs regulations in Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
